When your LearnWorlds school gets ready for its public launch, it’s essential to make sure that all aspects are properly arranged and that any possible issues are addressed. Disable Sandbox and connect a payment gateway to accept payments for your courses.

Ensure that your courses have the appropriate access status and that your course sections are not set as Draft.

Review the course player and make sure that all your learning activities are working as your plan.

Ensure that all your pages are complete and ready to publish Before You Go Live on LearnWorlds.

Eliminate all the prelaunch pages/sections in your LearnWorlds School.

Remove any countdown segment that was set Before You Go Live on LearnWorlds.

Go to the Website → Website Settings → Authentication → LearnWorlds and make sure that you have enabled the Login & Sign-up process for your users.

Go to the Website → Navigation and ensure you have chosen the option. Unenrolled users can navigate through your LearnWorlds School’s pages, apps, and free course materials in case you have free courses at your school.

Navigate to Communication → School Emails → Admin settings and add your email to get email notifications about certain events and monitor your LearnWorlds school’s activities.

✓ Domain

Link your personalized domain (e.g., www.yourschool.com) with your LearnWorlds School, as this will enhance your school’s engine optimization (SEO) and boost your ranking on Google and other search engines.

✓ Create a test user account

Before going live, we recommend creating a user account and testing the navigation flow in your school, visiting the course player, purchasing a course, and experiencing live what a user sees when logged in & out of your school.
